We’re not a gifting or card company. noted. is a handwritten outbound engine: we combine targeting, data, handwritten letters, personalised microsites and light follow-up so you can see exactly who opened, visited, clicked and booked.

Most campaigns sit in the 100–400 letters range, depending on your niche and deal size. We’d rather you run a tight, highly targeted campaign than blast thousands of generic letters.
How do you track everything from a physical letter?
Each letter has its own unique QR code and personalised URL. When someone scans or visits, we log it, attribute it to the right contact/account, and feed that into your reporting and follow-up sequences.
Will this work with our existing outbound and CRM?
Yes. noted. is designed to sit alongside your current email/LinkedIn and plug into your CRM, not replace it. We use the campaign data to tell you who to prioritise in your existing BD motion.
